Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 21, 2026
Agreement
By purchasing services from or engaging MPower Global LLC ("MPower Global," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
MPower Global provides the following services: AI agents including AI Receptionist, AI Chat Agent, AI Appointment Setter, and AI Lead Nurture; AI Solutions including AI Reviews and Reputation Management, AI Competitor Intelligence, and AI Proposal Generation; custom automation design and build services; marketing services including SEO, AEO, social media management, content writing, and web design; and creative services including video production, AI video and avatar creation, graphic design, and AI photography.
Client Responsibilities
You agree that all business information, brand assets, and data you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You will maintain any third-party accounts and integrations required for service delivery. You will respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or information within a reasonable timeframe. You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
AI Services
Our AI agents and automation services are configured to perform specific functions based on your instructions and approved workflows. You acknowledge that AI outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free and require your ongoing monitoring. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is used publicly where applicable. Changes to your business, services, or offerings may require service reconfiguration, which may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
Fees are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Monthly recurring services are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension. Payment disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
Intellectual Property
Content created by MPower Global on your behalf becomes your property upon full payment. MPower Global retains ownership of its proprietary systems, frameworks, and methodologies. You grant MPower Global a limited license to use your brand assets solely for service delivery.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential business information private and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
MPower Global’s total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach. Fees owed through the termination date remain due. Upon termination, we will provide you with any deliverables completed and paid for.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action litigation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
